This is our story

InnoVance Outsourced Business Services was established in 2007, under the name of Gauteng Payroll Centre and later in 2010 with Kylie Massey taking over the full control of the business, the name and brand was changed to reflect her vision.

We started out as a small customer-focused payroll outsource management firm, with a clear focus Enterprise Service Offerings to small and medium businesses. Since then we have seen the need to extend into related services, and combine them to offer turnkey finance and human resource offerings.

We have designed our operation to be sleek and personable. We bring you the tri-factor of business accounting, statutory compliance and good people. We work closely with small to medium businesses across South Africa

From there to here

We came from humble beginnings, as payroll administrators. We offered a very limited service. As we became involved with our clients challenges, in statutory reporting, we saw many compliance issues that companies needed assistance with addressing.

At this juncture and entering into 2023, we have decided to bring together the right people. Three woman with a diverse and vast range of experience in business. We are enabled to offer and deliver on a multitude of business systems and processes needed. We want to understand your business, we want your business to excel, let us do what we do best!

We have worked with both small and medium businesses. We have run payrolls with as few as 1 employee and as many as 250. We have worked on monthly, bi-monthly and weekly payrolls.

We have worked with companies who turnover as little as R250k a year and those that turnover Millions.
